Store Manager — Cantt, Multan
Tahir Aslam runs Cantt today and is moving to a regional ops role this autumn. We're looking for the next Store Manager to take Multan into 2027.
- · Own the daily P&L for KitKraft Multan — revenue, gross margin, basket size, returns rate.
- · Manage a team of 9 (4 floor, 2 stockroom, 2 cashier, 1 AV demo lead).
- · Be the face of KitKraft to Multan's restaurant and catering trade.
- · Sit on the weekly all-stores call with the four other managers.
- · 5+ years in retail (apparel, FMCG, or home is fine — we will train kitchenware).
- · Demonstrated ability to read a daily POS report and act on what it tells you.
- · Strong Urdu + Punjabi/Saraiki — we serve a city that speaks all three.
- · Comfortable with a 6-day, 12-hour retail rhythm.
Junior Buyer — Cookware
Reporting to Ayesha Tanveer. You will own the cookware category — Sonex, Domestic, Tefal, Tramontina, Le Creuset, KitKraft Heritage. Help us decide what lives on the shelf.
- · Maintain the cookware SKU master and weekly sell-through tracker.
- · Sit in on supplier reviews with Sialkot and Wazirabad vendors (we'll travel together first time).
- · Write the cookware paragraphs you read on our PDPs — tone matters here.
- · Co-design the seasonal cookware planogram with each store manager.
- · 2+ years in buying / category / merchandising. FMCG or home retail preferred.
- · Cooks. The buying team eats together at Friday lunch — we cook for each other.
- · Numerate. Pivot tables, basic SQL is a plus.
E-commerce Merchandiser
Help us make kitkraft.pk feel as honest and useful as the Gulberg shop floor. Two-person digital team, reports to Mariam.
- · Plan and ship the homepage and category landings each fortnight.
- · Write product blurbs in our voice (read four already on the site).
- · Run the recipe blog — commission, edit, publish.
- · Coordinate with the buying team on stock visibility per store.
- · 2+ years on a D2C / retail e-commerce site.
- · Strong English copy, conversational Urdu.
- · Familiar with Shopify, Webflow, or Next.js (we use Next.js).
- · Comfortable with light analytics — GA4, basic SQL, our weekly Pulse PDF.
Warehouse Supervisor — Karachi DC
Karachi clearance + DC for the KitKraft network. Receive container shipments, run quality intake, fulfil store transfers, manage two associates.
- · Run the Korangi DC's daily operations — intake, put-away, picking, transfers.
- · Quality-check incoming Le Creuset, Wüsthof, KitchenAid containers.
- · Coordinate with KP Logistics on Lahore + Islamabad + Faisalabad + Multan transfers.
- · Keep the WMS sheet honest — we audit twice monthly.
- · 4+ years warehouse / DC operations.
- · Customs clearance familiarity (we use a clearing agent but you'll work with them).
- · Strong Urdu, working English.
