Pricing & GST

All prices on kitkraft.pk and on shelf are inclusive of 18% GST. Prices may change without notice; the price at point-of-sale is the price you pay.

Returns

Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. Faulty goods may be returned at any time within the warranty period for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties on all stocked brands are honoured directly by KitKraft as the authorised distributor. Bring the product to any KitKraft store with proof of purchase. Lifetime, ten-year, three-year, and one-year warranties apply per the brand's published policy. KitKraft Heritage products carry a three-year warranty fulfilled in-house.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan via M&P Express and TCS. Same-day delivery within Lahore for orders confirmed before 1pm; standard 2–4 working days elsewhere. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. We do not deliver outside Pakistan.

Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and cash on delivery up to PKR 50,000. Card transactions are settled by Bank Alfalah; we never store card data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be heard before the courts of Lahore.
